An Organ Builder’s Ramble
A tour of three large organs in Central London restored by B C Shepherd & Sons, organised and led by Eric Shepherd.

Basque Region of Spain
1st to 5th September 2026: Organ Club Tour to the Basque Region of Spain
This tour will include visits to a number of historic organs in the Basque region of northern Spain, including several built by Cavaillé-Coll.
It will be led by Loreto Aramendi, an outstanding international recitalist and principal organist at San Sebastián. She will be on hand to demonstrate the instruments and answer questions about them.
Time will be set aside for members to play.

Liverpool Cathedral
The organ of Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, like The Organ Club, is 100 years old! The Centenary Organ Recital by Ian Tracey will be a major event in the organ world.
Members of the Club will have reserved seats, log in to the website to see how to access them.

London Organ Competition
The London Organ Compeition returns to St Michael's Cornhill for 2026!
Junior Section
Up to age 16
Tuesday 29th December
- First Prize - £600 & the Varney Cup
- Second Prize - £300
Senior Section
Ages 17-19
Wednesday 30th December
- First Prize - £1,200 & the Miley Cup
- Secont Prize - £700
In each section, competitors will need to play a piece by J. S. Bach, and a second piece of their own choice. There are opportunities for further prizes and prestigious recitals.
Applications close no later than Monday 23rd November 2026, but will be closed earlier if the categories are full. As such, we encourage early applications wherever possible.
