The European Union have issued a directive with respect to the use of personal data, which took effect from 25th May 2018. The result of this is that we need your written permission to retain your data in order to be able to communicate with you about Club affairs.

If you have not done so already, can you please complete the enclosed reply slip and send it to the Membership Secretary. This must be completed and signed by hand and either posted to Mark Jameson, or copied and then emailed to Mark. In future years, this will be covered by the renewal form signature.
